Sandra is a licensed therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges with resilience, dignity, and hope. She received her graduate degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she developed a strong foundation in clinical practice, trauma-informed care, and community-based support.

Sandra’s approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. She believes every individual carries unique strengths, and her role as a therapist is to help uncover those strengths while providing practical tools and strategies for healing and growth. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a focus on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections.

Sandra has extensive experience working with clients who are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and life transitions, as well as those seeking guidance in strengthening relationships and developing a stronger sense of self-worth. She also brings leadership experience in mental health and disability services, ensuring that her care is both clinically sound and holistically supportive.

Therapy with Sandra offers a safe, supportive space where individuals are empowered to explore their story, heal from past wounds, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
